1. Your brief

What you sell, who signs, where they are, and what counts as a qualified meeting. We write it down and you approve it.

Sells: inspection software for mid-size factories. Signs: VP Operations, 200 to 2,000 people, US and UK.A sample brief. Yours replaces it.

  2. Research with sources

We look for public signals that a company has your problem now: job posts, funding, reviews, launches, filings. Each signal keeps its URL, its quote and its date.

Signal: hiring a second quality inspector, posted 6 days ago.hollins-plant.example/careers

  3. Drafts an auditor reads

Every sentence that makes a claim cites a signal. An auditor rejects any draft with a claim it cannot trace. Rejected drafts never send.

Audit: 3 claims, 3 sources, 0 unsupported. Cleared to send. The auditor’s line on a cleared draft.

  4. Controlled tests

Two versions run at once, assigned at random, judged on one metric we name before sending. A result below the sample size stays inconclusive, in writing.

Test: open with the review versus open with the job post. Metric: positive replies. The minimum sample per version is written down before the first send.

  5. Replies, meetings, the bill

Replies are sorted and answered within the rules you approved. Interested people get times on your calendar. Opt-outs stop the same day. Each held meeting is billed once; a pilot is refunded for any meeting not held.

What arrives every week

One page, written by the system, read by a human board before it reaches you.

The numbers

Prospects researched, emails sent, replies, positive replies, meetings booked and held, with last week beside them.

The tests

Each running test, its sample so far, and whether it has a verdict or needs more time.

The objections

What people wrote back, grouped, with the lines we changed because of it.

The next move

What we will try next and why, so you can stop anything before it runs.

What we do not do

  1. No sending before you approve

The target list, the sending rules and the first drafts are approved by you before the first email.

  2. No invented facts

No metric, name or quote goes into an email without a source we can show you.

  3. No second email after a no

An opt-out is honoured the same day and kept on a list that every future campaign checks.

  4. No hidden numbers

Our own outbound runs through the same system and its figures are public.

Start with your brief

  • We read your site and come back with a sample target list and the evidence we found.
  • No email leaves until you approve the list and the sending rules.
  • Your brief stays in our system and is never sold or shared.

Email the brief to [email protected]. Three lines are enough:

  1. Your website
  2. What you sell, and to whom
  3. Who buys it today

Email the brief

A person reads it and answers within a business day.
